Instagram and Facebook will accompany the event continuously: from the preparation phase and team updates to insights into boats, crews, training, tactics, and the many decisions that define offshore sailing.

The focus is on what makes offshore racing so compelling: navigation between the Danish islands, weather windows, watch systems, teamwork under pressure and, above all, the people who take on the challenge.

“Offshore sailing produces stories you don’t need to stage, they happen naturally. We want to make those moments and voices visible, not only during the race itself, but throughout the journey toward the start,” von der Mosel adds.

A digital stage for teams and for the community

The new channels are also designed as a platform for participating crews: teams can introduce their boats and crew members, share preparation milestones, and become part of a growing community around this new Baltic offshore format. This ties directly into the event’s broader ambition: not just to sail offshore but to tell the story of offshore as it unfolds.

Save the date: Start on June 13, 2026

The Tanis von der Mosel Race will start in Kiel on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
